【午餐英語】Red Velvet Cake 紅絲絨蛋糕
A red velvet cake is a cake with a dark red, bright red or red-brown color. It is traditionally prepared as a layer cake topped with cream cheese or cooked roux icing. The reddish color is achieved by adding red food coloring.

紅絲絨蛋糕有暗紅色，鮮紅色或紅棕色等種類。傳統上這是一層蛋糕上面加上奶油起司或熟麵粉所做成的糖霜。蛋糕的紅顏色是靠加入食用色素造成的。
紅絲絨蛋糕常見的成分包括 酪乳，牛油，麵粉，餅乾麵團為主，加上可可和甜菜或紅色食用色素。可可粉的用量隨不同的食譜變化。奶油起司糖霜和奶油糖霜是常見的糖霜。

這道菜叫 Omelette（英式）Omelet（美式），歐姆蛋，是在快速打蛋後在煎鍋以奶油或油煎煮而成，蛋折半，包住裡面的填充食材，如奶酪，蔬菜，肉（經常是火腿），或 以上幾項的一些組合 。
吃Omelette講究蛋的來源，而且一個蛋不夠，要 3 free-range eggs 。
free-range：雞成長時，能有自由遊走的空間和時間。

Oven roasted tender chicken wings smothered in spicy BBQ sauce
辣味燒烤嫩雞翅-- 說：hot and spicy BBQ chicken wings-
mmh, finger-lickin' good（舔手指得好）
tender chicken wings：嫩嫩的雞翅膀（好吃）
oven：烤箱
oven roasted：烤箱烤的
spicy BBQ sauce：辣辣的燒烤醬汁
smothered in spicy BBQ sauce：上面塗抹了辣辣的燒烤醬汁（辣辣的比較好吃）
吃辣雞翅的時候，配蘸醬 ：Blue Cheese Dip 藍乳酪起司醬，風味絕佳

【午餐英語】Caesar Salad 凱薩沙拉
大家午安～～今天為大家介紹的餐點是凱薩沙拉。凱薩沙拉的名字，並不是那個偉大的凱薩。是在1924 年墨西哥一間義大利餐廳的主廚 Caesar Cardini ，因為餐廳內大多數的食材都沒了，於是使用剩下的羅蔓生菜、帕馬森起司....等，做出了這道沙拉，於是使用 Caesar 的大名命名。
羅蔓生菜 romaine lettuce
雞肉 chicken
培根 bacon
麵包丁 croutons
醬汁：
蛋 egg、帕馬森起司 Parmesan cheese、橄欖油 olive oil、醋 vinegar、大蒜 garlic、鯷魚 anchovy paste 和英國醬油醋Worcestershire Sauce、新鮮檸檬汁 lemon juice or lime juice - fresh squeezed
