In cuisine, an omelette or omelet is a dish made from beaten eggs quickly cooked with butter or oil in a frying pan, sometimes folded around a filling such as cheese, vegetables, meat (often ham), or some combination of the above.

這道菜叫 Omelette(英式)Omelet(美式),歐姆蛋,是在快速打蛋後在煎鍋以奶油或油煎煮而成,蛋折半,包住裡面的填充食材,如奶酪,蔬菜,肉(經常是火腿),或 以上幾項的一些組合 。

吃Omelette講究蛋的來源,而且一個蛋不夠,要 3 free-range eggs 。
free-range:雞成長時,能有自由遊走的空間和時間。
